I tested Nike Downshifter 9 since autumn of last year 2019. I didn’t even get to winter and the mesh got worn out a bit on the top of my toes. Over winter I used them the least so it hasn’t really worsened.

3/3/2020 · The inner sole was hard as a rock, not soft and cushiony the way a nice new pair of Nike feels, the outer sole was made of the cheapest plastic that made a click-clack noice when I walked not the nice quality rubber Nike uses, and every step I took made a crunching sound which I was never able to tell exactly where it came from.

5/19/2019 · Review, 8/25/2020 · The Downshifter is much more cushioned and responsive and feels more like a premium line running shoe. Compared to its predecessor, the Downshifter 9 , the 10th iteration has updated support and cushioning in the midsole too.
